Can’t receive or call when in the us

If possible, put your phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.   

If calls still don't work, put your phone to 2G and connect to T-Mobile. From the settings menu, turn on data roaming.

But here goes again 

 

 Do you have a US roaming plan or add on ? You need to to use phone in the US . If you do make sure the phone is set to 4G/LTE and connect to T mobile or AT&T . If you still have issues with voice set phone to 2G and connect to only T mobile also ensure you have data roaming turned on in phone settings also

I have a canada us account .in the us and can’t receive calls or send any
