My friend has forgotten their login for their public mobile account and have run out of funds. They have bought a voucher for their account but can't call *611. What can they do? Can you add the funds to their account?

Try that number but use a different phone. When prompted, enter the 10 digit cell number that you're adding fund$ to.

try calling 1.855.4PUBLIC and enter the phone number and then load the voucher that way
if that number does not work either, then open ticket with PM support. and ask them to load the voucher for you
Since your friend forgotten the My Account login, please choose PIN to validate if you use method 1 to open ticket. If he forgot the pin as well, please use method 2 below

@ryguy11 , there seems to be issues with 611 recently, try 1-855-4PUBLIC.
