I log in successfully but when I click on the My Account page it just diverts to the Public Mobile home page. I can't reach the my account page. I've clicked on links in the help articles too and it just goes to the home page.

And on your mobile phone, what happens when your trying to use Mobile APP and login into your account (not browser on mobile phone) ?
And additional question, you have mentioned that you have successfully logged in, i assume you've receive sms from Eversafe to confirm the login ?
Do you have an active account with PM ? if the issue continues maybe you will have to reach to Customer Service at:

Yes, same results.
Yes, tried chrome and edge on desktop, cleared cache, tried incognito mode. Logged in on phone browser, same thing. I click on the My account button and get routed to the Public Mobile home page.

To confirm: are you getting the same results on the Computer Browser + Mobile App ?
And according to your reply, you have cleaned the cache, tried "Incognito Page", tried different browsers , etc ... ?

I've done all of this, multiple browsers on desktop, cleared cache. Tried it from my phone. Nothing working. Cannot get into My Account page.

1. Tty to clean the cache if it's on the computer browser.
2. Try to navigate to PM through anonymous web browser page.
3. If it's mobile phone application, try to close it an retry to open it.
