I log in successfully but when I click on the My Account page it just diverts to the Public Mobile home page. I can't reach the my account page. I've clicked on links in the help articles too and it just goes to the home page.
Yes, same results. Yes, tried chrome and edge on desktop, cleared cache, tried incognito mode. Logged in on phone browser, same thing. I click on the My account button and get routed to the Public Mobile home page.
