Won’t allow me login using email. Says I don’t have a account even though I’ve been with public for about 9 years. Says email doesn’t exist even though I have received emails in past month.

It sounds like you are an longtime member so did you create an Eversafe ID? This was recently implemented to prevent any fraudulent access to your account.
If you haven’t create one, click on Sign Up and create an ID.

Not sure what the problem is, perhaps trying sending the verification code to your phone number instead. Sometimes the website/app is glitchy.
