I can’t login to pay my phone bill via self serve. I’ve tried multiple different browsers, different devices (phone and pc) I’ve tried incognito and clear cache.I’ve even tried resetting my password. But still all day no luck just keeps bringing me back to login or tells me “this page has expired” I really need to be able to pay my phone bill as I have a lot of business calls.

Indeed, @CB12 , what others have offered is correct about PM's systems issues. I, too, need to access self-serve for something, so it's very inconvenient.
One thing I will offer while we all wait. If you're logging in on mobile, with 'remembered' credentials, when you select the Username from your remembered list and it populates the username and password field, DO NOT, tap the LOGIN button.
The PM site will automatically attempt to login (you'll notice the status bar slowly trying to load the page). If you tap the LOGIN button while this is happening, you will get the "Page expired" note.
I only stumbled upon this recently and it has enabled mobile login's much easier and convenient, when the site is working normally. 🙄

All your effort has been for naught but good on you for trying all the troubleshooting methods before seeking help. Unfortunately with the system issue there is little you can do to access your self serve account.
If you know your 4 digit account pin # you can make a payment using the card on file otherwise without the account PIN # you can make payments by these alternative methods listed here.....

@CB123 Yes, unfortunately PM has been having a major issue with the self serve today and management have posted an announcement to that effect here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/OPEN-ISSUE-Systems-Outage-Update/td-p/8...
So you'll have to wait and try later. You can also check the announcement every now again as it will be updated once the Tech. Dept. has it fixed.
edit: for payment purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11, Shell or recharge.com and add funds by dialing 611 for now.
