I have 1 day before my 90 days are up I have been trying to sign in for days now and it won't let me. I try to reset the password but it won't send me a txt or e-mail!! Help!

Have you been able to reactivate your account yet? As long as you do not have lost/stolen enabled you can pay via 611 with a voucher or using the card on file with the 4 digit account pin #. Otherwise here are the other methods of payment for your pm account.....

If you're using a device with stored/remembered credentials on Chrome browser, sometimes when these autofill, the device also attempts to automatically log you in.
If your device does this, do not tap the sign in button while it is trying to log you in as it will deliver an error message every time and appear to not let you login.

@Kathy1997 if you still can t get that sorted out later today, consider to get a voucher and load via *611
for now, open ticket with PM support to have them help to reset password

You can buy vouchers or use real time payments. You can use the 611 service to enter the voucher. You can buy vouchers online or stores. Real time payments are only in some stores.
Try testing your login with the chatbot. Try a different browser or device and also try private mode.

@Kathy1997 Try again incognito mode private mode there are cache issues if you know your pin you can 611 or get voucher and no pin needed
