Trying to use the number from a lost cell phone to register for PM services. Every time I try to access my account it asks for a code that is sent to the cell number that I am trying to register. Of course I can't access the cell number because it is lost. The cell provider from the old service has unblocked the number to allow me to set up PM services. Cant get past the number being sent to old cell to access account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@DanaMc good. Forgot about login to My Account for now, you need to make sure porting is completed and you can then receive incoming calls and text
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can confirm the porting status I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them

Yes can only make outgoing calls

Right. Did that. But then it comes to the Eversafe log in and the same thing happens with no option for email. Just sends to old cell #

so, you already registered an account? you got past the porting screen and just waiting for the port to complete?
forgot about login My Account at the moment, put your PM sim card in a phone, and check if it connects and if you can make outgoing calls

@DanaMc Tap resend code a few times . You should get option for code to email instead . If no luck . Please submit ticket with support to help
