Can no longer sign into my PM account after changing phone number, since 2FA is old one. Infuriating

I am pretty much beyond aggravated since PM moved to the Eversafe . Completely locked out since it's using my old phone #... despite the fact I used PM of course to change the #.

 

Pissed off and annoyed.

In response to my sarcastic anger, it does not show email, only phone.

How on earth would that help me if I can't login at all without 2FA? 🙄

If you have already created an EverSafe id, you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Resend code and then choose Send email

if you can get in after, go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and then you can update the phone number there
