I just signed on but did no activate the account yet. I'd like to cancel prior to activating and porting my number. How do I do that?

If you didn’t complete up to step 6 then you are good. Just restart the activation of the SIM/eSIM again.
If you completed step 6 then login to your account then on the Account tab>Transfer Phone Number on the app or online.

@blankst2 You will need to ask support to cancel it and remove credit card info on file
