When I signed up with PM, i signed up for the $30 4G 20gb can-us plan. I just want to know why I cannot see the lower $ plans as an option on my app? I wanted to switch to the $29 5G 20gb can-us-mexico plan for the next renewal date but its not available as an option. Please help.

@RoloPata Unfortunately public mobile makes it hard to downgrade plans and only like people to upgrade plan price . So we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts to change to . You could port number out and back in on newly created account with new sim and new email to get desired plan . Can also try support see if they willing to help you but it’s unlikely they will
