No data after plan change

Just wondering why I don't have any mobile data after my plan change last night... payment went through fine... I tried submitting  a ticket but still no answer

Obviously we're seeing a trend. @J_PM 

Plan change, reset networks gets talk and text but no data.

@RachGlo plan changed and no data since? how about voice?

please open ticket with PM support :

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

but voice works?

any chance you have a data limiter enabled on your phone? disable it if you have one

You can try to Reset all netorks and see if it helps

Understand you submitted a ticket already, message them again and ask for update
