Can't dial long distance have minutes

I can't dial long distance even though my account says I have 277 minutes left.

I get an error message.

Tried with 011 then number but it doesn't work.

I am trying to call Spain.

Please help public mobile, so very frustrating

The number may be configured with a leading zero. If so then try calling without the leading zero. Had you previously been able to call the same number?

Adding - just in case you are, don't use +'s in the middle.

you have been caling Spain before and it works?

and you rebooted the phone?

did you try another Spanish number to call  just to confirm it is not that one number?

 

If you still cannot call, maybe submit a ticket with CS agent and have them to check

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Nope tried new browser still says I have 277 minutes in add ons

It says cannot complete as dialed but I am using 011 then country code etc

I purchased these minutes and have been unable to use them, thanks for the idea though

Spain is included in long distance add-on and in all Holiday bonuses.

Confirm you really still have long distance minutes.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Do you get any messages when trying to call LD?

Spain is part of it and it should work

 

try reboot the phone once

 

if still does not work, login My Account again using Incognit/Private/Secret mode and see if you really have 277 mins left.  Sometimes it shows old usage if you don't use the special browser mode to check
