Account suspended

I got a text to pay my monthly fee but wasn’t enough on my card that I have registered to cover it. 

I went to the website logged in and it says account deactivated. 

I transfer the money to my card and paid using the button on the website where it shows the cart. 

I get a note saying paid public

mobile, but pm page says oops, something went wrong. Tried refreshing and using multiple browsers but it still says deactivated saying I need to pay. 

still can’t call or text


it’s been half an hour already 


what can I do?

HI@qcriderfan87   your account wasn't deactivated but just suspended


You might want to wait an hour first as there could a a fraud lock now

After the one hour wait, try again using Incognito/Private/Secrete browser mode and make payment that way


Or if you want to activate quicker, try to get a voucher from Shopper drug mart, then login to My Account to load the voucher (usually you can use *611 to load, but *611 could still have problem now, but you can try)

Your account is just suspended not deactivated.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

What kind of card do you use to pay the bill? Only credit cards are accepted and VISA/MC debit.
