I had a public mobile account since 2019. I logged in to change my payment and it told me to activate my account, basically from this start. I emailed customer service asking for help and they said I don't have the right email, but when I type in my phone number to find my email it sends it to to the right email that I always have had with them. What is going wrong? My plan expired yesterday and I want to update payment but it does not work

the EverSafe login can be linked with only the Community but not the My Account, for example, some might not have opened an account yet and they just created an EverSafe account to access Community question to ask questions before they join
and did you ever able to login My Account since PM changed the login system to EverSafe? Anyway, you need to continue working with PM to get this sorted out. You said you clicked the Forgot login name and you got the email from PM on that email address you think is correct? screenshot it and send to PM via private message

I checked the eversafe id and it matches my email. I'm confused because I can check it through this community but I am having trouble accessing my account and it's still stuck on the first step

It sounds like your email doesn’t match on the Eversafe ID on file. You probably haven’t login to your account for sometime.
The CS_Agent should be able to help match them up.

you need to send PM the email got you and ask them to check what was wrong
for payment, a quick way to pay is to load a voucher using *611. Buy one from Shoppers Drug Mart and then dial *611 on your phone to load the voucher. With that you can at least get the service working
