Hello,
this month we had a friend visiting and we ordered an Esim for him, however he was not able to use it as your app was not available in his European istore. His Esim was therefore never installed or used. We now need to cancel the subscription, but can't log in as the system keeps sending a code to the phone number that we do not have any access to.
How can we cancel this, as he is no longer in Canada and we don't want to be charge again for service that can't be used.
