Payment issue!

Hello, I don’t have a pin to re-process my payment on the phone dialing 611.

I have updated my expired credit card on the account, but it’s not doing the payment again.

There’s no life agent to chat with or anybody to call. I really need help to get my account working.

PIN password tap the pencil ✏️ and update

Thank you I’ve managed to send a message to CS agent!

However, I cannot find anything that says pin except for my voicemail pin, which I have tried to reset then call my own number, but without an active plan, it doesn’t let me do that.

This really is a spiraling situation and it sucks that there’s actually no customer support to call or when you click on chat with agent it doesn’t bring you to an actual agent.

@ChrMue  You can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 and no PIN needed to resume services right away 

but to update your PIN number you can use this link to do so
