Can I use my phone?

My phone is galaxy note 20 ultra(N986N) but  didn't find it on the list of phone type to choose.

it is a 5G model but I have been using LTE until now. can I use your company?

It should work with new phones (since I see that all carriers offer this phone in Canada).

PM calls are operated on 3G so you might have to change your cellular settings.

Samsung phones should definitely work with PM. S7 works perfectly and I do not see a reason why newer phones should not work.

Ideally! if you can test it with PM SIM to be 110% sure.

Public mobile phone compatibility list is not updated frequently.  

That model phone will work on PM Network.

Public Mobile uses the following frequency bands:

• 4G LTE and LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 MHz and 2100 MHz downlink and 1700 MHz uplink (AWS). 
• HSPA: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS).   

3G = 850 (5), 1900 (2)

4G = 850 (5), 1900 (2), 700 (12/13/17/29), 1700/2100 (4), 2600 (7), 1700/2100 (66)
