HI @dianelynndaigle

Just login to My Account, click Payment from the tabs on top, the click Manage credit card (it is closer to the botton of the page), then click Replace this credit card and you can update you credit card info there.

Once entered the new card successfully, go back to Payment, and click One Time Payment and make a manual payment.   After you paid , logoff My Account and reboot your phone

You will need to change your credit card information in your self service account.

Make sure that the billing address exactly matches your credit card address.

Website can be finicky.  If issues, may need to clear cache, incognito mode or try a different web browser.

Once you update your credit card, manually load up funds equivalent to your month's plan fee.  That should reactivate your account.
