Hi, so basicaly my mother have a number with public mobile but broke her simcard and then when I try to help her get a new one with her old number it says that i need a code (sent to her number) that she can't possibly get sin her Sim is broken. It has been like that for more than 6 months (I've been charge for my mom number during that time) and the chat bot support always put me in a loop where i can't get help so I was wondering if i can get someone on the phone since none of the numbers for Public mobile that i foubnd on the web seems to work and when I go to a Telus store they tell me that they can't help me.
Thanks

Hello @MassiOuarezki
There is a way to have the code sent to her email. Follow these steps. Then, you can purchase another SIM card from say... Amazon <CLICK HERE> and when you log into the account, you can change the SIM card number and credit card number to charge it to.
Can’t get the 6 digit 2FA code to your phone?
First, sign into your account at www.publicmobile.ca and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********. But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screenshot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Click on that.
Then, the next window that pops up is this.
Click on Send email. Here it will send you the 6 digit code to the email you registered with. This step is very important. Do not just copy and paste. Enter each digit using your keypad.
You should now be able to get into your account.
