Got eSim card install, everything seem to be working good except when somebody tries to call it goes directly to voicemail, they can leave a message but I m not even getting it. I am able to call and text and able to receive text.
my previous physical Sim card was removed.

you could start process of getting Customer Support involved. Click that little orange ball on lower right side of the page.
Better yet...use this link to message Customer Support. Give them as much account info as you can ie; acct #, ph #, name on acct, PM pin #...etc...

Is this a recent activation?
When I joined PM, I found it took upwards of 48 hrs for everything to come online and be able to use all functions. Not sure why it took that long to activate everything, but if this is the case, then it should start working soon.
