Hi,
My credit card has been charged 2x in the amount of $38.08 each time.
1st time on Mar 3 & again on Mar 22, 2024.
I have requested for a free SIM card on Mar 3, received it several days later.
I managed to activate it on Mar 22 and that was when I provided to account to be charged monthly.
I thought the SIM card that I requested on Mar 3 was free??!!
I would like the payment of $38.08 on Mar 3, 2024 to be reimbursed ASAP.
The registration and the activtion process had given me a lot of frustration & anxiety as it has been, now I am being charged 2 times?? Please look into this an expedite the reimburshment ASAP.

Both transactions went through on different dates.

Check to see if the first charge is Pending when you order the SIM.
Once you activate the SIM, the second charge will be posted and the pending charge will disappears.

When you ordered on March 3 for your SIM card, you were actually charged for the first month already. Ideally, when you received your SIM card, you needed to completed the activation of the SIM card. Looks like you started a new activation of plan and paid again.
Yes, you will need to contact customer service agent to help with reimbursement.

If both went through and cleared, you will need to submit a ticket to request a refund.
