Calls are not coming through

Janiceciavaglia

Hi,

I have had public mobile for 2 months and a lot of times I am not getting calls.  They go right to my voicemail.  My focus isn't on - I have checked.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Janice

I don't see the cellular network on my iPhone - where would I find that?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro - it takes a while sometimes to do outbound calls.  Yes I can try another phone and see what happens.

HI @Janiceciavaglia   is data working most the time and outbound calls work well?

What kind of phone do you have?

You can try to click "Reset All network" on the phone

And you have another phone you can test for a week?

Outage   map in your area:

Also try taking SIM card out and reseating it in the SIM card tray push in all the way and reboot the phone .. also try selecting cellular network settings to 3G and see if that helps any

Have you checked to see if you are on airplane mode?  Or any other do not disturb setting activated on your phone.  Those will trigger calls to go right to voicemail.  Are you receiving any text messages?

@Janiceciavaglia   it is likely a device compatibility issue
