Calls are not coming through

Hi, I have had public mobile for 2 months and a lot of times I am not getting calls. They go right to my voicemail. My focus isn't on - I have checked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Janice

I don't see the cellular network on my iPhone - where would I find that?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro - it takes a while sometimes to do outbound calls. Yes I can try another phone and see what happens.
