I cannot make a call from my homel land line which is with Rogers, to my cell phone. When I call my cell, it doesn't ring, the call goes immediately to voice mail. This is happening since Rogers had that service interruption problem a few days ago. Before that, everything was working fine. Rogers says I must call Public Mobile to fix this problem.

@Liz-Tony100The symptoms you describe can also happen if your phone is automatically declining the calls - ie if you have blocked calls from unknown numbers, or inadvertently put your home phone number on your blocked callers list, or you have "do-not-disturb" enabled on your mobile phone.
For good measure, you can reset the conditional and unconditional call forwards by dialing these two codes:
##21#
##004#
You might be able to test if calling your phone with your home phone outgoing caller ID temporarily blocked by prefixing *67 before your cell phone number, and see if the behaviour changes.
Also you can get the free TextNow app and a canadian phone number and you can test calling yourself from that VoIP/data based service.
If you are are interested and are willing to send me your number via private message, I would be willing to test calling your number from a number of non-Rogers lines I have access to...

Just to be sure, you might want to check for short Telus outages in your area:

That way you know who outage is the problem.

@Liz-Tony100 calling other numbers are good?
do you have more friend on Public mobile you can call to test ?
But honest, if the calls did go to your PM voicemail, it might NOT be Rogers problem. The call already routed outside of Rogers network and arrived in PM network (that's why it goes to your VM) Anyone else can call your PM phone without issue?
Try changing the preferred network to 3G ONLY and see if it works from your home line to cell

Bad companies ALWAYS blame others...
When you call somebody else (mobile/land line) do you have the same issue or they can receive your Rogers call?

No known issues with PM...sounds like your problem is still with rogers.
