I wish to switch my current 3g plan for a 4g plan for 4 gigs/month, as there is a boxing week sale. If I can't switch because I am a current customer, then I may need to switch providers to access a better plan. Any help would be appreciated.

Keep asking nicely. I had success today on 2 lines. But we've only been customers for 1 month (no legacy rewards).

Thanks all for helping. I wasn't able to send private message from my phone, but on a computer have had better luck. So I am contacting CS agent directly and hope to find a solution.

@Brent_ These plans are for new activations only . How ever if you ask support nicely they might just enable to help

remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent might decline your request, although some reported they got it.

We are all customers like you here. Nobody from Public Mobile monitors this site.
There is only one option that may work. The $40 75GB plan you may be able to get on a technicality but that's a long shot. Reach a CS Agent this link and ask for it.

EDITED: This plan is for new customers only like most of the others. But because it doesn't say that on the front page, it's a technicality and we've had a member here get it by asking a CS Agent. Thanks @kb_mv for sharing their experience.
