Log in to your account...then you can update the cc info yourself.

@johnstoo  If you try to many times you may need to wait  one full hour . Possibly 24 hours and try again incognito /private mode or even try the app instead . Some have better luck on a computer also . 

Update credit card info

 

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
