My eSIM does not seem to activate. I tried to transfer everything over Saturday evening, it is now, Monday, and I am still on Bell. I did receive a request from Bell to switch, to which I confirmed yes, but for some reason, my eSIM will not activate.

HI @James34 is that a porting problem or esim?

if your esim cannot install and unable to connect to the network,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@James34  And you replied yes in the 90 minute window . Will see you the porting team number private message right away . Call the they can give stays update on the port . Or re trigger it if needed . Also leave you with this direct link to support should they be needed for the eSIM to just re provision it
