maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

@softech It seems you are correct. I reached out to support as you suggested and they said the data will work in Canada only.

My suspicion is that it would work in the US IF your plan is a Canada/US plan. You'd want to verify that though, but note that you may still get incorrect info from PM staff anyway.

I am pretty sure it is Canadian data even you have a Canada-US plan But you can confirm with PM support
