I’m currently billed the 15th of every month, how can I change it to the 1st of the month?

Hi @MichaelGuts7   No, this  cannot be done.  PM is on 30 days cycle and the billing date shifts

Also, even on another provider with monthly cycle, you cannot just change it to a date you want unless you pick that day to activate

Pay it in advance on the first of the month, yourself, manually.

You aren't billed every 15th, sometimes it is the same day the next month, sometimes you lose a day and after Feb you gain a few days. You can use autopay or put an alert on your phone for near your renewal so you can manually add the fudnds

@MichaelGuts7 hi as stated you are on a 30 day cycle, if you wish to pay on a certain date just make a manual payment when you pay your bills, this way it will come out on your renewal date

It's not a set day. It's a 30 day plan. If you suspend the service and wait until the 1st then it'll start to wander earlier each month anyway. You could manually deposit money on whatever day you like to simulate a monthly payment.

All current plans are 30 day cycles so the renewal date will change. You cannot change to the 1st of each month.
