I tried creating an account to update my credit card info but I did everything and can’t login.

Did you plan get suspended due to non payment bc the card wasn't updated? In that case you can get a voucher at a store like shoppers drug mart or 7/11 and manually add the funds with *611 and once you get your account active again you can sign up for a self serve account

Did you originally activate in store? Then you just set up your self serve account by getting the 6 digit alphanumeric code texted to your phone? Give it a few minutes. 

 

  1. Close all the tabs you have open.
  2. Reboot your device that you are using to access the public mobile site.
  3. Once powered on again open one tab only.
  4. Preferably use chrome, firefox or safari.....or Microsoft edge.
  5. Now try to log in again.

If you still cannot log in using your email as the username and the password you chose then contact customer support. Skip Simon. Choose the second option below and read the spoiler. Type "Cannot log in" in the subject line. Explain your issue in detail.

 

Keep an eye on your private message box  the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.

@Shamagandhi   So, you got  confirmation text, created the login credentials but still unable to login after?

 

Open a ticket with PM Support and they will help you  to sort this out
