if it is , ignore the text, it could be sent by mistake

We saw a few these the other day. Services were working, account showed as active - ignore it.

Log in to your account and see if your account is active and when is the next renewal date. Sometimes these SMS are not that accurate.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
