I just enrolled at Public Mobile yesterday. I received a refer-a-friend code, and entered it during the activation phase. Unfortunately, after entering the code, it wouldn't let me continue with my activation. I had to remove the code in order to complete activating phone. Now that it is active, how do I apply the referral code? Thanks.

it is not uncommon people missed enter code or unable to put in the code for any reason. CS agent can apply it back for you. So, message them.

No; when I entered the code and clicked on 'Continue', nothing would happen. There were no errors, or acknowledgement, it just seemed 'stuck'. Tried a number of times without success. It only let me continue if I didn't enter a code. I'll ask support to apply it for me - thank you for the link provided.

When you typed in the code did you get some recognition that it was correct? Then I think you need to go back to the other page.
