eSIM Port issue.

Hello, I have an issue.

Porting from TELUS to Public Mobile, I have an issue.

Activating eSIM is stuck with SOS Only.

Should I contact CS_Agent or wait a bit. The port was 10 mins ago (4:00PM MST)

Also forgot to mention that TELUS SIM is fully deprovisioned.

@hairbag1  I’m guessing it’s the $29 or $35 MEX plans unless there’s something else out there k don’t know about

@fixin1  I would try to reset  network settings and of course check sim manger to ensure eSIM is set to primary /enabled if iPhone that you toggle on “turn on this line” and reset network  settings again . Can you test the Telus sim again does it still work ? But SOS indicates account /sim set up issues so I would send ticket right away because if time it takes to get reply if you figure out before support gets  back to you  great . But if sounds like you will need them anyways so with out delay I would reach out to be safe
