Got "User Locked out", it's crazy, can't login forum or account.

That's exactly, as far as I recall, this EverSafe system went on line, I tried to log in, then BANG, black out! Thanks for the CS Agent tip, I'm in contact with them now, hope this could be fixed.

did you ever able to succesfully login to My Account since EverSafe was introduced? It could be issue linking up your My Account on this new login system.
No worry, message support and they can get this resolved, you could be back into My Account before end of day today.

I've been with Public since many years, this is first time this happening to me, blacked out for weeks if not months now, I have full service no problem, just can't log in to either my account and community. I put SOS for my desperation, nothing to do with emergency services.

Just so we're all on the same page, you are saying sos as a call for help, right? Not that that is on your phone (which can happen)? It's how I interpreted your message anyway.

are you using a new-to-you cell phone (used phone) ? If so, it could have been reported as stolen / blacklisted.

Best way is to check your SIM in another phone first. Or remove SIM, clean contacts, put it back - all while phone is Off.
To log in to account: Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

you didn't make any charge back on your credit card with any Public Mobile charges lately, right?
For the lock out , you might have to wait an hour before trying to login again
For SOS issue, do you have another phone to test the sim card?
or at least reseat the sim card with a reboot
