Hi, I have a billing issue where I used a promo code for $30 off when I signed up and have only received $10 thus far.

I am surprised got a promo code. I never see any advertised by PM. But you got a $10 credit for using a referral code.

Also note that it is against PM rules for posting a referral code on this Community so click on V in circle (top right) and edit out.

I would click on that message and reply with the words FOLLOW UP. If you don't hear anything again within a week, reply again and ask it be escalated to a supervisor. Here's the problem you may now face. Because you haven't heard back from them in a week, that means since the two day window has closed, there is a very good chance they've closed your request for help and may be forced to start this conversation all over again. Just be fair warned.

Hey everyone,

So, previously I posted about using a promo code for $30 off and missing the remaining $20 and the community was helpful to let me know how to contact CS regarding billing issue. But, now I'm wondering if I'm contacting them correctly, as I got a message in my inbox and then I haven't heard back from them in a week after responding to the message to let them know the code I used was "xxxxxxxxxxxxx". Not sure how to further escalate this billing issue.

hi @Kim_t where you got that $30 code? if that is a friend referral code, it only $10 , not $30

@Kim_t  I believe I saw this promo and it was $10 off for every 30 days, for 3 months (90 days)

If you refer back to the promos fine print it may confirm that. If not, reach out to CS as suggested by @kb_mv   Hope this helps
