Hi, I have a billing issue where I used a promo code for $30 off when I signed up and have only received $10 thus far.

Yes it was this one! I signed up in October ... So that's why I was wondering if I was missing something
hi @Kim_t where you got that $30 code? if that is a friend referral code, it only $10 , not $30
@Kim_t I believe I saw this promo and it was $10 off for every 30 days, for 3 months (90 days)
