No restrictions across Canada where you can use your PM service (as long as your plan is Canada wide).

You cannot receive extra charges above what you have agreed to on your plan. This includes crossing the border into the US.

@kashing no regional restrictions with data. Data are all Canada-wide. So, you can keep using the data and voice in your new province.
Also, cost wise, the tax will be the same if you keep the same phone number. Tax is based on the area code where the phone number belongs. But of course, if you decide to change the phone number to the new province, the tax will then based on the tax of the new province
