You have to update credit card info through My Account first.

Then if you are on autopay and renewal date is Not today, PM will take care of payment.

Otherwise pay manually and service will resume.

Login to your account using the browser in incognito mode. Then you can update your credit card information from inside your account.

Go into My Account, Payments, Manage Payment Method, Update Card Information.
