I have two (2) phones on my account and when I login to Public Mobile - My Account I only see one. How do I get to see both phones

You cannot have two or more phones (different phone numbers, plans) on your account.

Each account -- phone number - is independent and tied up with unique email. You can pay for multiple accounts with One credit card, though.

If during activation the system accidently allowed you to activate two accounts using the same email address one account will prevent the other account from being accessed as only one password can be used to log into an email address/username. You will need to contact customer support to add a different email address to the inaccessible account and reset it with its own password.

@bhegge   since beginning of PM , it is always one line one account (email)

 

There could be a chance your second line never have a My Account setup if you activated in store.  In store activation usually do not help you with My Account setup

 

But either way, open ticket with PM Support and they can sort it out your 2nd line for you

I only have had one login up to now. When did it change.

Every account is separate with a different login and email address.  You will not see 2 lines on one account.
