Paid for US talk and text, arrived Florida no way to make a call, tried texting again nothing.

now trying to create a ticket and just get a ooups seems not to work, stuck in loop of click here and click here if not working.  Time to get refund and find other provider.

You can reach out to a CS Agent and see what their thoughts are about a credit to your account. I can't promise anything but you can ask them. Links are below.

Tried it, nothing.  Now back in Canada .  Had to purchase a Tracfone sim and plan

Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile/AT&T coverage and whether you can connect successfully onto either network.

If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile/AT&T, change the Network Connection from Automatic to Manual and select and test both T-Mobile and AT&T and see which one you can connect.

For your voice issue, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting.  And if it does not work, try to change the Network to T-Mobile ONLY, and change  Preferred Network Type or Network Mode to 2G and see if the calls go through.
Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi or if your roaming has data component and data  is working

For roaming, can you manually connect to T-Mobile or AT&T? Is that data not working or voice??

@Redondosmurf  Make sure you got the correct US add on and reboot the phone and that you connected to T mobile or AT&T and best to keep you phone set to LTE providing your phone /account has voLTE enabled for voice . Of same please submit ticket with support
