Need set up an account and I have been unable too. Phone has been active for 3 months now

To log into your account you need to use the email you used at activation as the username and the password chosen at activation. If you cannot remember the password use the forgot password option and send the verification code to your phone via SMS text if your phone has active service. You can then change your password but wait one hour before trying to log in with the new password (this has helped me avoid the new password not being recognized). Be sure to clear your browser, close all tabs and reboot your device. Then open one tab only using secret/incognito mode try logging in with the new password. Chrome, safari and Microsoft Edge tend to work best depending on the device you are using to log in. Using a desktop version or device tends to have better success than a mobile device. Good luck!

 

If all else fails contact customer support with the subject " forgot login credentials". Use the links provided by members in previous posts.

@Shawnalee @Did you activate in store somewhere or online your self ? If online yourself your account was created then . Sign in with email and password you used in activation

@Shawnalee you should have created a My Account when you first joined.

 

Open ticket with PM support and they will confirm the login

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
