I pay $40 for 15GB data At 4G net work. It has been two month since December. My plan still use 3G net work. One GB data. The plan has not change. You over charge me $15 for two month. My plan does not upgrade.

@alexsung what brand and model your phone is??
does the phone stays actually shows 3G? or LTE? please note that LTE=4G.
and you use some speed test to confirm the speed? what data speed you bhave now?
did you check Preferred network type on your phone? make sure either Automatic is selected or 4& or LTE is selected

As your phone is reporting as being connecting to a 3g network, this isn't a plan upgrade or a delayed speed change. Either the LTE signal in your area is weak, your phone is incompabile with the LTE network that Public Mobile uses, or the phone is set to lock in to only 3g networks.

You must still be looking at old cached information.
Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead.
Then refresh your overview page using the little circular refresh wheel.

Try again incognito mode/private mode or simply try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile
