Account number entered incorrectly for porting

I am with Virgin which is 9 digit account number but I entered it wrong in Public app so the porting didn’t work.  How can I change it?

You might also be able to re-do the port yourself on the Public Mobile app.

Under your profile, go under change your number, then select port number from another provider.

There you should be able to correct things and get the process restarted.
