My current plan is 3 gigs for $25, and in my payment history it shows: 3GB at 3G Speed
In my Plan Usage section it shows:
Data Usage
1024 MB at 3G Speed
Has this happened to anyone?

Are you sure that your plan is not $30 with 3 GB data?

@sarah2b - well this weird. IF you paid $25 for 3G, please let me know, that'd be GREAT!
But I suspect just a refresh/cache...Public Mobile issue in this case.
What does it say your data balance is when you call 611? This will include that 1024 MB addon balance also.

There’s definitely some issues in the system!
It does look strange. However, I will say that if the system is allowing 3GB of plan usage, this is mistake and the customer is getting more than is being paid for. The $25 plan doesn't include 3GB.

@sarah2b did you recently change plan from a $30/3GB or $35/3GB to the $25 plan?
please try to login My Account again using Incognito mode, let see if it. shows 1GB then

yes, the correct $25 plan at 3G speed is showing there
It comes with only 1GB , you probably got the 3G speed misrewd at 3Gb data

Sorry, but there has never been a $25 3GB plan. The $25 plan only includes 1GB.
