I have a monthly amount of 28.25 and have been charges 16.95. And 28.25 And 28.25 again what gives please advise this is not making me happy.

Can you provide the dates that you see these payments showing under your payment history in your self-serve account?
Better yet, perhaps take a screenshot of them and post them here for our review.
Just make sure to mask any private/personal information.

the 2 charges are $15 amd $25 + Ontario tax. Any chance you made a change plan request earlier?
If you login My Account, Check Payment history page, do you see entries about those changes (remember, PM breaks each renewal into 2 lines, so, you will see 4 lines for 2 changes)
or you see a $25 as Available Fund on your My Account?
if you don't see the extra entries for the extra charges,and yiubthink the charges are wrong, please open ticket with support
