About a month ago I spent a couple weeks trying to sign in and trying to speak to an agent

finally got a response but they ere unable to resolve the issue

Thought I'd try to sign in again but still having trouble viewing my account and seem to have lost all my community badges etc.

You have to generate a ticket to get hold of a real agent

but those badges and reputation are not useful.  If you really want, you can try to have CS agent to help to link it back.  Please submit ticket by messaging:

So it seems I can see my account now but only on my mobile - however all my previous community badges/reputation etc are gone - in order to access the community I had to create this new community profile

No, I didn’t activate a new account I was just trying to view my account on my laptop

so you activated a new PM account...did you use the PM app ? Using the app is a per-requisite required now.

They had me changing my email address and my Community name multiple times but still no joy... there's such a wait between responses I finally gave up but today, I thought I'd try again but am getting nowhere fast...

Had replies from a couple agents at the time but the issue isn't going away

All my community participation is gone and I still can't get anywhere

Can't view my profile or add-ons
