A failed credit card payment

My bank told me you guys still used the old expiration date of my credit card to charge to my account in stead of using the new expiration date of 5/27 credit card. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible so that my iPhone can get back to normal again. Thank you for your help on the matter.

@Jefflin did you login your My Account and make the update?

 

Simply login to My Account, Payment page,  then click Manage Payment Method, and Update Card information.  You can then enter the info for the new card
