Hi, I’m trying to update my card info but it keeps saying validation failed, please try again. I contacted RBC Visa and in real time tried to update the card info. They said it shows approved on their end. How can I get this approved from Public Mobile’s side?

The messaging with agents is still ongoing.. they are responding saying I can pay using vouchers. Why should I go out of my way to do that when I have a credit card that works everywhere else?

This is now been going on since the 9th. And if I have to go by a voucher, I only think it's professionally correct that public should have to reimburse me for the service charges that I have to pay for the stupid voucher. Because their systems are glitched. It's not my problem, it's theirs. This is an on going issue that they neglect a fix.

@Justin8383 If you're using the app on a phone make sure to have location services enabled. If that doesn't help try using a web browser, or vice versa. If still not working, keep checking your community inbox for a reply from an agent as described, they will reply eventually. When did you last try to contact them? Their working hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. eastern time.

@tristanyeom You can open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. If it doesn't work for you then send support a private message using this link and watch for an agent to reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for messages if you don't see an envelope.

Thanks. How do I open a ticket? I tried again on PC, and the error message says "notAbleToProcessRequest"

Do not try to update CC so often! Wait 1 hour before trying again. If you do too many times PM might flag your attempt as attempted fraud.
You can open a ticket and ask agent to help you out. Try using computer and not phone to update CC info.
