$39.00 for Canada and US

Just wondering I already have a public Mobile account. 

I see there is an new offer $39 for Canada and US and it's only available until April 9, 2024.

Should I switch and how do I do that?

Hey @Watson1520 Follow these simple instructions.

How to change plans

Log into your Public Mobile account, then click on Subscriptions and Add-ons.

Then go to Change Subscription.

Then choose the one you want. There will be 2 options. Change immediately or at the end of cycle. Change it for the end of the cycle. Meaning it will change next month and you won't lose anything you've already paid for this month. ALWAYS change it for end of cycle. The take a screenshot of the change just in case.

@Watson1520 if you want the plan, you can make a Change on Renewal to lock in the plan change first.  With Change on Renewal, it will schedule the plan change for your next renewal and you can cancel it before that date if you change your mind

@Watson1520  you should switch if it’s better deal then you have now and need US roaming
